Welcome to RentEazzy. By accessing or using our mobile application and services (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using RentEazzy.

1. Definitions

“App” refers to the RentEazzy mobile application. “User” refers to any individual or entity who registers and uses the App, including property owners (“Owners”) and tenants (“Tenants”). “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to RentEazzy, operated from Kerala, India.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to use this Service. By registering, you represent that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.

3. Account Registration

Users must register using a valid Indian mobile number. Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. RentEazzy is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Use of the Service

RentEazzy provides tools for property management, tenant tracking, rent collection reminders, and related services. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not misuse the platform, upload false information, or engage in activities that may harm other users or the integrity of the Service.

5. Subscription Plans & Payments

RentEazzy offers a Free Plan and a paid Pro Plan. The Free Plan allows up to 5 tenants and 1 property. The Pro Plan (₹1,000/year) offers unlimited tenants, properties, and premium features. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

6. User Data & Privacy

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using RentEazzy, you consent to data collection, processing, and storage practices as outlined therein. We comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable Indian data protection regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of RentEazzy and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

RentEazzy is a management tool and does not guarantee rent collection or tenant compliance. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration being Kochi, Kerala. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Kochi, Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the App or email. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
