Refund Policy
Effective Date: April 1, 2026
This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which RentEazzy will issue refunds for subscription payments.
1. Free Plan
The Free Plan does not involve any payment; therefore, no refund is applicable.
2. Pro Plan Refunds
Refund requests for Pro Plan subscriptions are handled as follows:
- Within 7 days of purchase: A full refund will be issued if you have not extensively used premium features. “Extensive use” means adding more than 5 tenants or 2 properties under the Pro Plan.
- After 7 days: Refunds will generally not be issued. However, exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for genuine cases such as duplicate payments, technical issues preventing use of the Service, or billing errors.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to support@renteazzy.in with the following details: your registered mobile number, transaction ID or payment receipt, reason for the refund request, and date of purchase. Refund requests will be processed within 7–10 business days of approval.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card) used for the transaction. RentEazzy does not issue refunds in cash or via any other mode.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after 7 days.
- Failure to use the Service (inactivity is not grounds for a refund).
- Violation of our Terms and Conditions leading to account suspension.
- Third-party payment gateway fees (if any) are non-refundable.
